Price includes:
- Exclusive use of our beautiful facility (for up to 4 hours)
- Unlimited Planning Assistance
- Event Manager on site
- Microphones
- Iced Tea and Water Service
- All Chairs and customized set up for up to 150 guests, additional guests $2 per person up to 350
- Sound System (you may provide your own musical selections or "The Chateaux" will play soft background music.
- Large Screen Television and / or Easels (available for photo or video displays).
- All Required Clean Up

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all food and beverage items.
