Ceremony

Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony with a customized set up. Adds 30 minutes of additional event time for half day events. One hour long rehearsal scheduled based upon availability.

Flowers

A $3000 credit with The Bloom Room. You can use this credit to customize a wide array of florals and decor to bring your vision to life.

Beverages

A $3000 credit to Celebration Beverage. This credit can be used towards many different hosted or pre-set tab beverage options as well as bartending service.

Chateaux Staff

Bring in your own food or have a caterer drop it off and our professional serving staff will set up your food and guest tables, maintain and serve your buffet, bus tables throughout the event, and assist will all of the tear down and clean up after the event ends.

Vintage Car

Vintage car parked at the center of the boulevard to provide the perfect photo backdrop. Car can be used for photos and decor, and does not provide any actual transportation.

Ice Cream Cart

Delight your guests with an ice cream cart from So Chill Mobile Ice Cream. Choice of two or more flavors of Denver’s own Little Man ice cream with a variety of toppings. Includes 1 1/2 hours of service.

Linens

Choice of Chateaux’s in-house table linens & Linen napkins in over 30 color options to fit your style.

Dishware, Glassware & Silverware

Use of the Chateaux in-house dishware (dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate & appetizer plate), glassware and silverware.

Security deposits

Security deposits of $2,000 for all events are required to secure your date. Security deposits are in addition to amounts due and will be refunded 2-6 weeks following your event, pending no damages. A $300 cleaning fee is deducted from all deposits as well as any additional amounts of fees not paid.

Payments

Payments are broken into 2 equal parts and due 9 months and 6 months prior to the event.
