1. Introduction

3. Booking & Payment Terms

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • The Client is responsible for any damages caused to property, venue, or rented equipment by guests.
  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.

9. Photography, Media & Intellectual Property

  • Photos, videos, and creative content produced may be used by the Company for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
  • The Client may use photos/videos for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior approval.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal details and event information will be kept confidential and only shared with vendors directly involved in fulfilling your wedding.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the laws of [Your State/Country] in the courts of jurisdiction.
